A coordinated support system designed to help mothers and families rebuild after intimate partner violence.

Attorney Advocacy

Clients are provided with an attorney who serves as their guiding light – filing protection orders, acting as a liaison between the State Attorney’s Office and the victim, advocating tirelessly for clients’ rights in court.

Child Care

Mothers with minor children requiring emergency daycare are paired with a dedicated case coordinator who diligently searches for certified and secure daycare facilities suitable for both the child and the mother’s peace of mind.

Counseling

Our counselors offer a holistic approach, equipping clients with emotional resilience, coping strategies, and practical techniques to address trauma-related symptoms using evidence-based methods.

Education

Mothers are linked with a financial consultant offering personalized assistance in defining goals, budgeting, debt management, and navigating major life transitions with financial stability.

Spiritual Guidance

Spiritual coaches provide mentorship, helping clients navigate challenges on their spiritual journey – sharing wisdom to inspire and support personal growth and healing.

Shelter Assistance

Clients are linked with a case coordinator who aids them in finding temporary or transitional housing solutions. Essential toiletries are also provided to ensure the comfort and well-being of families in need.

The Village Program

Our Village program is specifically crafted for children who have been exposed to domestic violence. Our aim is to equip these children with the necessary language skills to articulate their emotions and navigate through traumatic experiences, thereby initiating their healing process.

Children deserve a childhood — safe, supported, and full of possibility. The Village Program creates that space.

Immigrant Advocacy

Building Bridges

Our immigrant advocacy initiative is designed to support immigrants who have been victims of crime or are facing financial hardships. Our Community Engagement Officer specializing in Haitian Affairs has established partnerships with Haitian churches throughout Broward and Miami-Dade County.

Through these collaborations, we organize workshops and educational sessions to empower spiritual leaders and congregants with the knowledge and skills to identify signs of intimate partner violence.

Who We Serve

Do You Qualify?

RESTT services are designed for mothers who are ready to transition from an abusive relationship and committed to building a life of stability and rest.

A mother who is both physically and mentally ready to transition from an abusive relationship and protect her children from further trauma.

Must have an active criminal case against an abusive partner in Bro-ward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade County, FL.

Must have children under the age of 18 residing in the home.

4

Must commit to participating in the ACCESS program, workshops, and training's.
